| Comments: |
Falling Waters and OBP are a mess. Frozen postholes through out the entire loop. Went up Falling Waters with snowshoes for the traction and to avoid the postholes, but ankles still kept twisting. Switched to microspikes at Little Haystack and kept them on through the rest of the hike. More aggressive crampons would have been nice on the steep part coming down Lafayette, but microspikes and just walking slowly worked out fine. |
