Access road is closed at 118. 6 cars parked at the end at 10:45am. Be careful walking on the Ravine Road up to the lodge. I fell twice. |

Snapper Trail and Carriage Road are in reasonable shape. The rain did some damage, so it's a lot of monorail. You'll want some type of traction; any type will do. Above treeline was very icy.
Gorge Brook is doing less well. At least one person earlier in the season had a miserable day on it and left some deep postholes. Particularly at higher elevations, the postholes are numerous--a misstep could easily result in a broken ankle, so be careful.
Skiers: wait until it snows again. You could ski, but it wouldn't be much fun. |
