Comments
Comments: Saw around fifteen people while hiking up this afternoon. Three tourists were bare booting it on the way down from the hut, but everyone else was in spikes with a couple of people in crampons. Spikes are sufficient for all but a 30 ft section which just requires some careful foot placement and butt sledding. Had the summit to myself around 3 p.m. which was probably for the best, since the winds were picking up and the wind chill out of the NW made the first 1/4 mile down a bit nippy!
