| Comments: |
We had spotted a car at Lime Kiln Road end and started off in Glen Cliff. We wore light traction. There was previous traffic and trail was packed. Stretches of trail had no snow especially at far end. Upper elevations trail has much open bare ledges and ice flows. We kept our traction on to navigate this region necessitating walking on bare rock a lot. We took off the light traction after ledges came to an end in forest. Temperatures and winds were relatively mild. Another great day out with good friends. |
