Comments
Comments: The trail is hard packed and was easy to follow all the way to the summit, thanks to many hikers that carved out the trail in the days before us. There are some old, post holes, some pretty deep, but they are easy to navigate around. We wore spikes the whole way. There was no need for snow shoes. There are 2 or 3 very short sections of the trail where the snow was gone and it was mud. This is a great winter hike with fantastic views several places along the way!
