Comments
Comments: Amonoosuc had been broken out by a maybe a few people when we arrived this morning and by the end of the day it had a nice pack! Snowshoes sufficed all day (up & over Monroe Summit Loop and up Washington). We tried to grab the Crawford Path back around Monroe, but snow drifts created a steep, icy slant and we definitely did not feel comfortable traversing without ice axes or crampons, so we turned around and caught the Monroe Summit Loop back over. Overall BEAUTIFUL day up there! Hardly any winds and temps were very bearable with the warm sunshine
