Comments
Comments: Did this one with the Random Group of Hikers. Put snowshoes on in the parking lot and kept them on until we got back to the cars. The trails were well defined from Saturday’s traffic - while most of it was packed down there were some spots where it was still soft, mostly on the steeps where it gets chewed up on the ascents and decents. There were some prints heading up the “old” trail at the lower junction with the “new” trail. Decided to explore them but they ended after about thirty yards at a huge collection of blowdowns.
