While Kelly Road is signed "private,"... we knew that FR's are public. The sign is probably to discourage tourists visiting South Pond from turning down the wrong road. FR 64B is about 0.2 from junction with South Pond Road.
We followed the old FR westerly, about 0.35 mile to a clearing. Then we bushwhacked up the ridge to Location Hill, taking the best woods we could find as we traveled.
About 12" of soft powdery snow. Found pill bottle on top. Returned exactly the same way... in half the time :-)
