Comments
Comments: Trail was terrible at 7:30 when I started, frozen portholes every where. I started in hillsound trail crampon pro’s. Around 1800 feet I put snowshoes on and followed one set of post holes to the summit. Made it way more difficult than it had to be. Views were awesome just seem a little hazy. I continued wearing snowshoes down passing 25-30 people all wearing micro spikes 🤔. Snow was softening up so snowshoes I thought would of helped with the trail and made it easier.... 🤷🏼‍♂️. I did take them off around 1800 feet again because the trail was so chopped up I was worried I was going to twist and ankle. Careful foot placement was the game today. More snow and some snowshoeing would do wonders for this trail.
