| Comments: |
Hancock Notch Trail was fairly stable; but I followed three bare booters in and trail was a mess. On way out, it was better due to campers at Notch, Brook junction who had used sleds and skis which helped the trail a lot. South Peak trail was not packed out. Ridge Trail had significant drifting and trail was hard to follow in places. Blazes are around 3 feet off ground and were snow covered. A lot of blow downs near North Peak. Descent off North Peak was horrible due to numerous bare booters on trail today. This trail needs people with snow shoes to establish a good monorail. |
