Parking/Access Road Notes: Easy parking. The dirt access road is icy in spots, but well maintained and plowed.

Water Crossing Notes: Streams were running free, but no problem rock-hopping.

Trail Maintenance Notes: There is a large tree across the trail about 1 mile in, but it looks like it’s been there a while. No issues otherwise.

Dog-Related Notes: Seems like a good hike for dogs. Moderate grades with only a few steep icy spots.

Comments
Comments: The trail was starting to get soft the day we were there. Snowshoes not needed, but step off the trail just a foot or so and you’ll posthole. This is an easy hike, but a few sections about 2/3 of the way up we’re icy and slick.
