| Comments: |
Brought snowshoes, but they got a free ride this time around. Trail is well broken and hard packed from parking lot to summit. I was a little apprehensive about the water crossings given the warm temps and rain earlier in the week, but they were all bridged completely and didn't show any signs of giving out. Threw spikes on at the bottom of Brutus and left them on for the rest of the day. Saw a handful of people who had the same idea as we did (stay out of the wind). |
