Comments: Mt Cube, South and North Peaks

Powdery snow and a simi broken-in trail made this perfect for snow showing and a great hike. We used snowshoes all the way up and all the way down. About 500 feet from the summit we encountered an AMC group of 10 coming down that were just using spikes. There were chopping up the trail which made the accent to the top that much harder. On the way down we were passed by a solo hiker using crampons who left divits in the trail. My buddy and I were the last ones out so the trail should be well packed down.
