Yellow blazes. At 1.4 miles trail takes a hard right turn. |

Took Col Whipple Trail to Cherry Pond. Stopped at bench by pond, spectacular view of Presidentials. First 1/4 mile had freshly packed trail then followed an older packed trail with a few inches of snow. Except for the sharp right turn had no problems following trail. |
