Gorgeous bluebird day! Comfortable temps in the low 30's and plenty of sunshine. Above treeline, the wind was chilling so we didn't stay on the summit long. Clear views all throughout the Pemi with clouds on the horizon. We used microspikes the whole time and saw mostly spikes on others, with a few folks choosing snowshoes. Not sure what the warmer temps will do to the trail, but conditions were great 2/23/19. |
