| Comments: |
Cold winter hike, worth the trip. Did not plan to head to South Kinsman due to cold wind and no snowshoes. We were fine with microspikes all the way. Lonesome Lake and the first half of Fishin Jimmy was hard pack snow, from there to the top a mix of loose powder and hard pack. This was pushing the limits of the microspikes, would've needed snowshoes to make it to South Kinsman |
