Parking lot unplowed. Wide shoulder on Rt. 115. Doesn’t seem to be a problem to park there. |

Trail is in great shape. No knockdowns. |

Would be a great dog-friendly trail (except watch out for snowmobiles up top), but didn’t see any. |

| Comments: |
Trail was well packed No appreciable postholing. Snow is soft though, so snowshoes recommended. Since the trail is fairly wide and not terribly steep; especially down low, it appears to be a popular trail to ski. Also, if you’re hiking on a weekend in the next few weeks, be careful of the snowmobiles on the spur. The shared track isn’t that wide and has some sharp corners. Fun, moderate hike overall though. |
