Comments
Comments: despite not summiting, it was a wonderful day on cannon with our crew. On snowshoes most of the ascent, optional for the descent. YMMV.

Made it to the col below summit. Started up along the exposed flank, but were denied. The winds were severe. They bowled over every single member of our group. Estimated 80+ mph. The mountain was speaking: "try me, and I'll kill you" We listened and and beat it back to cars for another day.
