Comments
Comments: Saw only two people on the morning hike. Stable monorail and the two people I saw were both bare booting to the summit. One did put on Yaktrax for the descent. I chose to use snowshoes to minimize potholing as it warmed up today. Went off trail once and measure the snow depth.....it was ca. 18" in the woods. View from the overlooks were beautiful but there was a considerable amount of wind that forced me to put on a hard shell and hood. Nice hike!
