Comments
Comments: 4 of us started out on microspikes, but switched to snowshoes above Blueberry Ledge. 2 other people on snowshoes caught us to us at the ledges and did a great job breaking trail, thank you! We all continued on Rollins Trail. The recent snow at elevation was more significant than expected making the trail difficult to find in spots. We conferred, and wandered around twice, eventually refinding the trail. Once on Diceys Mill Trail, the two "youngsters" continued on to Passaconaway. I was having back spasms, and decided to call it a day. While we wore snowshoes, I wouldn't call the trails packed out. Be prepared to continue with snowshoes for the near future.
