Comments
Comments: Trail was a mix bag... started off solid and stable, the higher I got sections were wind blown and as the snow started softening up became a little slippery. I had tubs flex alps and they did a great job gripping into the softening snow. Real nice trench formed especially at ledges to summit. Blue bird sky day... views were something else with the recent snow. On my way down snow turned into mash potatoes and started to ball up. So much snow up there, face slappers rule the forest. Quite challenging on the decent, overall great day... had summit to myself for at least an hour, I didn’t see many people. More snowshoes hitting the trail will definitely help, but overall trail in not bad of shape.
