| Comments: |
With the exception of the initial descent off Lafayette on the Greenleaf Trail, where crampons were necessary, the whole hike was easily done with light traction. Some bare rock/ledge on south-facing slopes along the Franconia Ridge Trail. That said, with the warmer temperatures expected later this week, snowshoes will probably be the way to go. |
