Comments
Comments: Great day out today despite the weather. Was 35 and rain/fog in the notch, by the time I got to Haystack road it was blue skies and fifty five! Woo! Haystack road is more of less blue ice, we bare booted (no spikes) but could have gone faster if we had stopped to put them on. Was nice to not have anything on your feet for once! Once we got to the logging road it was snowshoes all day. Pretty obvious track to the ledge. After that it becomes somewhat ambiguous. There was one firm track and one old rotten track. It gets ya there though! Lots and lots of rotten snow and postholing with snowshoes on, but thats 2 left for me for NEHH! :D
