All well bridged today. We felt fine going one at a time with snowshoes. Things could certainly change in the short term. |

Snow and ice cover is still complete on this route. Trails are very hard in most places, with the softest surface on the black pond bushwhack and summit ridge. Lots of snow makes snowshoes a wise choice, especially as thing soften. Brutus bushwhack is very hardpacked, which makes for a slippery descent. |
