Comments
Comments: Spikes all the way, a lot of bare ground up to junction of Flume side trail.Stable but soft monorail up to summit. Franconia Ridge trail easily 3 feet of packed snow with just the top of signs showing , summit rocks filled in with ice and bare rock.
Windy socked in day , I didn’t see any person or animal. I saw one car on my return in lot, forgot my camera but enjoyed the solitude ,the wind on the summit and the mist and moving fog , great solo hike .
