Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: There was a lot of rushing water in the stream along the trail. The trail crossed over above a waterfall which I didn’t want to risk. Instead I bushwhacked up to the ridge on the right and picked up an old logging road and followed it for .4 before cutting back to the main trail.

Comments
Comments: No snow or ice to speak of. Trail was very muddy and wet. Almost lost a boot when I postholed in the mud. I also went down hard on some wet rock near the Italian trail junction. Lots of moose scat on the summits.
