Comments
Comments: Gorgeous hike that reminded me of summer for the first mile! Then it got muddy and eventually turned into an unstable monorail. Be careful of the postholes on the sides of the monorail. Some were a few feet deep, prime ankle breaking territory. The part of the monorail near the summit was semi stable in some spots but lots of granular snow. I found microspikes super helpful, but saw some people that did it in Nikes so HYOH and all that. I was sliding around everywhere before I threw on the spikes. Trip report with pictures on my blog below!
