Trail was in good shape all the way. Very little mud and the snow is all gone except for the last half mile. A small monorail remains but it is stable and you can easily walk next to it or on top of it if you choose. Microspikes are still helpful for that. The slabs are all free of ice, but it was drizzling for a bit so they were a little slick. Nothing horrible though, and the fire tower was open. A nice high overcast allowed for awesome views. A great day to be out! |
