Comments
Comments: Normally it takes us 3 hours to traverse this mountain, today it took a few extra hours. The ascend was muddy and the descend was even more muddy with standing water, some of it was avoidable other places not so much. Embrace the mud! Leaving the summit there was snow. Soft corn snow, post-holed in places, slid in others. The monorail was sketchy as water was running underneath. Some of the snow/ice was unavoidable. It should all be melted in a few days. The water crossings were wet and slick. There was a few minor blow-downs that you can step around. Typical spring conditions with melt off today.
