Parking/Access Road Notes: Gate was still locked as I was coming out at 1:30pm. Free parking!

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable), Mud - Significant, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow/Ice - Postholes

Water Crossing Notes: Today at least, the water crossings were quite easy.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few downed trees, nothing major.

Comments
Comments: The trail is snow-free until about mile 5.5 from 5 Corners. Then, it sets in. Monorail on the way up. The hut tenders are wonderful. Unstable monorail a half hour or so later on the way back down. One mile of significant snow. Microspikes to get to Galehead Mtn. Snowshoes for Twin Mountain.
