Comments
Comments: Excellent conditions up until just before the second stream crossing. About 35% to 40% of the trail has a significant amount of packed monorail. It's very doable going up without traction, but traction is extremely helpful for the descent. I saw some people hike down the monorail without traction, but I would not recommend it.
