Plenty of room at the dam for Second Connecticut Lake. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Everything was passable on either bog bridges or actual bridges. Just watch where you put your feet. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail was well blazed and easy to follow. However, there were several major blowdowns and some very wet and muddy areas. |

If they like to get wet and muddy, I don't see why not. |

Saw a few. They weren't bothersome yet. |

Nada. |

| Comments: |
Nice easy trail along the Connecticut River. A few fairly small patches of snow and decaying monorail, but nothing that made me even consider putting spikes on. River was high - we saw a pair of kayakers carrying their kayaks around the Falls.
Glad to redline at least one trail after not making it to Fourth Connecticut Lake. |
