Lovely walk thru the woods along the M-SG starting from Center Pond.
Robinson Cascades were quite nice. Then more nice woods walking.
Down rte 123 briefly to Limerick Rd and then took the herd path at the cairn just past the cabin. Black flies something fierce at the summit of Hodgeman Hill. Found the register Lady B and Italian left 4/19, one other visitor since. Did not linger because of the clouds of black flies. Spring beauty in glorious bloom.
Also saw goldthread, painted trilliums, stinking benjamin, violets, periwinkle, and hobblebush in bloom.
