Switched up plans after the snowfest in the Carters a couple days ago. Mount Crawford had great conditions. A little wet here and there but the ledges were bone dry. Great views at the top. A number of nice people. Highly recommended if you want a summer hike right now. Some backpackers coming out said there was no snow to Stairs but that it was a mess after that toward Isolation- they called it halfway |
