I made it across Downes Brook by bushwacking down stream a couple hundred feet and then walking up the rock island in the middle of the brook a 100 feet or so, and finally found a place to cross the rest of the brook. Didn't get my boots wet, but I decided to take the logging road on the way back and walk the Kang. |
