Parking/Access Road Notes: The road was being re-graded coming in, but the road is open and fine

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes: The bridges are a bit dicey, but passable 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail crews were out digging new water bars and working on one of the bridges

Dog-Related Notes: No water past 3500 feet 
Bugs
Bugs: The weather was really cool and windy, so not too bad. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Orange underwear on a tree about 3500 feet up on the right. 
 
Comments
Comments: Awesome sunny and cool day for a hike. Because of the wind and cool weather, bugs were not a problem. There was mud everywhere from the previous day's rains, but no ice/monorails to contend with. The summit was breezy and cold, as the temp at the start of the trail was only 51.
