Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable)

Water Crossing Notes: water was high volume so the fist dry brook crossing required some thought but doable. Poles would help if you have them

Trail Maintenance Notes: couple blow downs but certainly manageable. This loop is always well maintained

Bugs: none except for the usual small gnats on top of Lafayette

Comments: I check monorail but it was only about 25' if it just below tree line on falling waters. Beautiful day with dry cool wind and views for miles. Great to be back up there
