Comments
Comments: Trail is snow free (still some patches in the woods up high).

The lower portion of the trail has some large mud pits still. The abandoned trail is still fine and saves a decent amount of time as compared to the circuitous relocation onto Carrigain Notch. Once ascending Carrigain proper, the trail was generally dry with a few areas of running water. Still plenty of unmitigated erosion throughout.

Nice views from the summit today.
