Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: These trails need some work. Beyond Marlow Profile, Sands loses its blazes and becomes difficult to follow above the cliff. McIntyre was hard to follow on the descent, with only a few white blazes and some flagging. This is a cool area, but it's a bummer the trails are in such poor shape. Some brushing to open up the corridors and fresh blazes would help a lot. A few blowdowns, but nothing big.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I guess.
Bugs
Bugs: The wind helped a bit.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing.

Comments
Comments: This was a clockwise loop over the peak, up Sands and down McIntyre. Good going up to the Profile, then steep and rough around and above it (where there is a good view west toward Vermont) to the wooded summit, where there is some stone furniture and a fire pit. The descent took a little time due to route finding. Mostly dry trails, but some areas of mud along McIntyre.
