Black Flies @ North summit brutal. Nice breeze kept them @ bay for most of the hike |

| Comments: |
Easy until Old Path then..Steep climb up to intersect w/ New Path. Went to South Peak 1st. Best views from ledges. If doing both peaks save South for last, wish I did. Limited views from North. Black flies drove me away, even with a stiff breeze. Ski Tr nice gradual descent. New Path fairly easy between peaks. Will be back in Fall to view foliage from South. 1st .6 mls of Doublehead Ski Tr is new, relocated to new parking lot. |
