Rules state "Must be on a leash" Didn't see many at all. |

Some .. not too bothersome due to high winds. A few straggling black flies. |

Trail is in great shape. Counter clockwise loop is better as the slabs going down Welch would be difficult. (easier to go up them) Down climb off Dickey was gentle.
