Comments
Comments: Well got out early and was the first to make it to Osceola, then headed over to east and saw 1 guy just before I summitted. It was nice and breezy up on both peaks which was nice. On my way back the people started to come and I knew here would be the 4k weekend people I always avoid but it was a nice quick day to get out. I was able to see Rick and Don on their way over to East and when I got back over to Osceola it was packed with people. I went down and had a snack before heading down to my turn off. I took the herd path from the first switchback to Middle. The path was wet and easy to follow. At a large bolder there was a small cairn which I took about a hairpin turn on and kept going til I got to Middle. There was no jar nor was there a sign. I went on to West and stayed on herd paths most of the way over. I then got the best view on a bushwhack yet! On the bolder before the summit of west I saw the view I didn't know was there which was a nice surprise. I too my bug net off to take a quick pic and then headed back over to middle. The herd paths were not as easily followed but I had a compass and a gps and I made it back over to middle and out and back to the trail. I ran into Dawn and Cheryl and headed down with them. Another trip added for my 72tw.
