Trail was in very good condition with just a few blow downs that were easy to duck under or step over. |

Some mosquitoes down by the parking lot, but once we started on the loop, they vanished |

Nice moderate hike. Did the loop clockwise and took our time with the heat. The ledges had wonderful views. We got a little turned around at the beginning of the hike by going straight down the cross country ski trail instead of up towards the UNH loop junction, but an easy consult to All Trails got us right back on track.
Tip: a nice place to cool off after the hike is Lower Falls, just a short drive down the Kanc! |
