Comments
Comments: Decided to avoid the watery Rocky Branch and Isolation trails. Opted for the higher elevation approach which meant more elevation gain and loss but afforded great views and not much mud.
Many hikers out today with many achieving their 48th NH 4K today and two others their 47th. Met one young woman on Mt Isolation who is attempting a 7 or 8 day capture of all 48 peaks.
