Delayed post.
The Coot Trail feels like the old service road. It is mostly loose rock and also a steady incline until the summit.
The Bobcat Trail is a more wooded hike and gradually makes the climb. The trail stays higher for a big longer and has a nice lookout on it.
Both trails are about 3/4 of a mile.
There is a lookout past the cabin that looks into the valley. |
