It has been many years since I visited the Percy's. The North Percy loop didnt exist and the signed spur path to the South Peak didnt exist. The newer North part of the loop is fine piece of trail building shared with the Cohos Trail. The only issue is the north trailhead is not easy to spot. I drove past it. The weather was hard to beat and the views were great. Hard to find a spot to see Moosilaukee, the Kinsman ridge, The Lafayette Ridge, the Northern presidentials, the Carters, the Mahoosucs and farther east into Maine. |
