Comments
Comments: A great lazy day up Cannon with DST. Slept late, got breakfast, giggled the whole way up. Out and back in less than three hours, first "snow" of the year (hey, it counts!). Trail to about 2750 is dry and no issues, after that there is a thin glaze of ice that requires some caution but avoidable. Microspikes would be completely ineffective, for now. With the forecast for this week, this is likely the end of bare trails until late spring!
