Comments
Comments: Beautiful day to be outside. Clear cold early, trail in great shape dusting of snow 1-3 inches. Forecast called for 20-35 mph gusts & you could hear them below. Not bad in woods but at summit...brutal. Not too bad at 1st then they picked up. Lasted maybe 20 mins...too bad views were incredible. Wondering how they were on Moosilauke, must have been brutal. Several outlooks, don't miss these, great views. A little slippery until past the rocks, otherwise quick hike down. Traction not needed. Would have just chewed up spikes, not enough on trail to warrant spikes.
