Comments
Comments: The trails were mixed down low with some minimal snow and otherwise wet. Higher up they were snow-covered but only minimal depth. Areas in the sun were melting out as the day went on while areas in full shade were holding on to their 2-3 inches of snow. Ledges were very slippery and icy in spots, care was needed. We managed all day without spikes but some may want them for the icy sections, bring rock spikes. Made the short whack down to the Whiteface Cliffs with nice views over to Durrell Mountain and beyond.
