Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Ice - Blue, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All were step overs except 2. One larger one was a submerged ice bridge (your boot would get wet but you could walk across). The other was rock hopable. The larger one was firm on the way back and your feet did not get wet.

Dog-Related Notes: Winter conditions can be tough on any dog. Easy hike except for the ice. As always bring water.

Comments: Nice little hike as always. Went to Borge North and South peaks and had great views today. Not that many people out either, which was nice. Pretty nice rolling terrain until close to the summit. A little something for everyone. This would be a great peak for someone just starting to cold weather hike.
